The Wind Symphony has experienced very little turnover for the past several years and as a result of that we have decided on the following audition process:

• If a regular player is unavailable for a concert, it is their responsibility to secure a substitute player using the substitute list or a qualified player they know from their own personal experience.

• If that substitute successfully performs at all the rehearsals and the concert and meets the standards of the Wind Symphony, they will be considered for a position in the group when one comes available. Members of the specific section will be consulted in making this decision.
